Sono lieta di presentare una rassegna dedicata alle donne, ritratte in fotografie e dipinti da artisti e artiste provenienti da varie parti del mondo. Opere differenti per stile e tecnica che mostrano l’universo femminile in varie sfaccettature. Dalla maternità raccontata con gioia ed ironia da Gianluca Chiodi ad attimi quotidiani, come la colazione della pittrice lettone Tatyana Palchuk e il relax della “Mama in Maine” dell’artista statunitense Erika Ehrman,che si sofferma anche sui momenti di incontro tra amiche. Un riposino sulla schiena di una tartaruga ed un gioco a carte tra le onde ci immergono nel mondo onirico e fantastico della pittrice Patrizia Comand. Il mare e la spiaggia tornano nelle fotografie dell’artista argentina Carolina Magnin. La danza è invece protagonista delle opere di Francesca Galliani, che ritrae la gioia e il divertimento delle donne angolane, e delle foto della peruviana Maco Vargas, che con questo progetto omaggia la madre, ballerina di flamenco. Dal ballo alla musica delle suonatrici di arpa e flauto di Tatyana Palchuk. Completano la rassegna gli intensi ritratti di Tom Porta, realizzati con una pittura densa, stesa con grandi spatolate , un’opera a matita di Omar Galliani e alcuni dipinti degli anni sessanta del Maestro romagnolo Giulio Ruffini.
Women
I am pleased to present an exhibition dedicated to women, portrayed in photographs and paintings by artists from various parts of the world. Different works in style and technique that show the female universe in various facets. From motherhood told with joy and irony by Gianluca Chiodi to everyday moments, such as the breakfast of the Latvian painter Tatyana Palchuk and the relaxation of
the “Mama in Maine” by the American artist Erika Ehrman, who also focuses on the moments of meeting between friends.
A nap on the back of a turtle and a game of cards in the waves immerse us in the dreamlike and fantastic world of the painter Patrizia Comand. The sea and the beach are back in the photographs of the Argentine artist Carolina
Magnin. Dance is instead the protagonist of the works of Francesca Galliani, who portrays the joy and fun of Angolan women, and of the photos of the Peruvian Maco Vargas, who with this project pays homage to her mother, a flamenco dancer.
From dancing to the music of Tatyana Palchuk’s harp and flute players. The intense portraits of Tom Porta, made with dense paint, spread with large spatula strokes, a pencil work by Omar Galliani and some paintings from the sixties by the Maestro Giulio Ruffini complete the exhibition.
